Job summary

Driven Brands, Inc. seeks a Manager of Cash and Revenue Accounting to lead the monthly close, reconcile cash and revenue balances, and strengthen controls in a SOX environment.

You will mentor a team, partner with Treasury, FP&A, AR/AP, and Internal Audit to ensure accurate reporting and audit readiness. The role requires hands-on technical accounting expertise, strong documentation discipline, and the ability to resolve issues, escalate risks, and drive process improvements across close

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive accounting experience in cash/revenue and close.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX controls.
• Experience leading teams and collaborating with cross functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual cash and revenue close activities.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and close deliverables for accuracy.
• Strengthen documentation, evidence, and control effectiveness.
• Remediate control deficiencies and support audit requests.
• Coach and develop accounting professionals and escalate risks as needed.
