Job summary

B&A is seeking a Mid HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support the U.S. Army Operations Group (AOG) HUMINT Operational Support task order for INSCOM. Anticipated Award: June 2027; Start: August 2027; 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years. Salary range: $105,000 – $165,000 annually.

Location: Fort Meade, Maryland. Responsibilities include HUMINT targeting research, analysis, product development, and cross-stakeholder coordination. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and extensive DoD/IC experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of college or an associate’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience performing HUMINT targeting or intelligence analysis within DoD/IC, with last two years preferred.
• Familiarity with CI or HUMINT targeting methodology and operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HUMINT targeting research and analysis to support collection planning.
• Develop targeting products and coordinate requirements across intelligence stakeholders.
