Job summary

B&A is seeking a Mid HUMINT Targeting Specialist to support the U.S. Army Operations Group (AOG) HUMINT Operational Support task order for INSCOM. The role requires extensive experience in HUMINT targeting and intelligence analysis, with TS/SCI clearance preferred.

Location: Fort Meade, Maryland. Anticipated award June 2027 and start August 2027. Salary range $105,000–$165,000 per year, with full benefits and opportunities for advancement within a contract-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 2 years of college or an associate’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum experience: 8 years in HUMINT operations, HUMINT targeting or intelligence analysis within DoW/IC; portion within last 2 years.
• Additional mandatory experience: 2 years in CI or HUMINT targeting methodology, tradecraft and operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct HUMINT targeting research and analysis to support collection planning.
• Develop targeting products and coordinate requirements across intelligence stakeholders.
