Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Humint Targeting Specialist in Washington, DC, to provide in-depth all-source targeting support and analytical guidance for operational planning. The role requires eight years of hands-on HUMINT experience and current TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

You will develop targeting analysis, produce Targeting Packages, and coordinate with multi-intelligence communities to identify critical nodes and support field requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Eight years of hands-on HUMINT experience preferred.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Experience supporting TF or SOF HUMINT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against assigned targets.
• Develop in-depth analysis supporting operational planning and target knowledge.
• Focus analytical efforts to identify or enhance HUMINT collection operations.
• Employ various analytical methodologies against targeting requirements.
• Leverage the multi-intelligence community to support targeting efforts.
• Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection.
• Produce various Targeting Packages (TP).
• Utilize client systems to receive field requests and track status.
• Conduct analysis using TAC, TIDE, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, Palantir.
