Job summary

Prescient Edge seeks a HUMINT Targeting Specialist to coordinate and lead target development and operations in support of joint engagements. The role requires deep HUMINT expertise, experience with Army/DoD policies, and readiness for CI polygraph screening.

Qualifications

• Graduate of HT-JCOE or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of CAT 1 HUMINT experience.
• Understanding of full spectrum HUMINT activities.
• Strong understanding of Army and DoD HUMINT policy.
• Willing to undergo a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
• College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage operations from concept to completion for events or tasks.
• Develop targets and target systems for joint engagements and produce target intelligence products.
• Create database records and update databases with nominations and reports.
• Provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic engagements.
• Recommend target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
• Develop HUMINT leads using Army G2/IG2X strategies and multiple sources.
• Lead responses to RFIs on collector-generated leads once validated by OIC.
• Provide leads to the TRB as Target Nomination Package.
• Assist in evaluation of nominations for passage to supported elements.
• Prepare Lead Tenders, Operational Support Packages, and Target Development Packages.
