Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• At least two years of operational/strategic-level targeting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or six years in HUMINT/All-Source roles.
• Proficiency in all-source target analysis concepts and data fusion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source intelligence analysis to describe targeting factors for national security.
• Identify HUMINT leads from classified and open-source reporting and databases.
• Produce comprehensive targeting packages for priority intelligence requirements.
• Coordinate with Collection Strategists and HUMINT Collectors to plan collection activities.
• Review and coordinate HUMINT plans, orders, and target packages.
