Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence LLC seeks a HUMINT targeting Specialist to support a government client in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on in-depth analysis, target identification, and producing Targeting Packages, using TAC, TIDE, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, and Palantir.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s, eight years of directly related experience, a HUMINT targeting certification, and an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph; strategic HUMINT or TF/SOF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with eight years of directly related experience.
• Certification in HUMINT Targeting required (or Title 50 equivalent).
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support for operational planning.
• Identify critical targets and nodes; support targeting requirements.
• Produce Targeting Packages and track production status using client systems.
• Research databases including TAC, TIDE, SIGINT, MAS, QLIXs and Palantir.
