Job summary

INCATech LLC in Reston, VA, is seeking a Senior HUMINT Analyst with active Top-Secret clearance and willingness to obtain SCI. The role requires extensive HUMINT targeting, ICD-203/206 tradecraft, and coordination with DoD/IC customers.

You will work at locations in Reston or Charlottesville with Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling. Responsibilities include leading targeting efforts, mapping networks, and producing briefings.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of research and intelligence analysis.
• Ten+ years in HUMINT targeting, lead development, or operational support.
• Ten+ years of ICD-203/206 tradecraft standards.
• Experience with IC tools and databases (TIDE, Vanguard, FADE/MIST).
• Experience coordinating with operational elements and collection managers.
• Knowledge of the HUMINT targeting cycle.
• Ability to map complex human networks and organizational structures.
• Excellent writing and briefing skills.
• Experience with government customers and DoD/IC environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and intelligence analysis.
• Lead HUMINT targeting and lead development activities.
