Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a Human Data - Business Operations Analyst to drive operational insight across workforce performance, capacity, and process health. You’ll partner with operations, engineering, recruiting, and finance to identify problems, build operating systems, and provide data-driven recommendations.

The role requires strong SQL skills, forecasting and analytics experience, and proficiency with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related quantitative field or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in SQL with complex joins, window functions, and query optimization.
• Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, workforce analytics, or performance metrics.
• Proficiency in statistical or analytical techniques in Python, R, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) or BI workflows.
• Background in high-growth tech, marketplace/staffing ops, data labeling, or consulting environments.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze numerical metrics (capacity, utilization, quality, throughput, cycle time, cost) to identify trends and risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for core KPIs accessible to managers and partners.
• Develop forecasting views to support proactive planning decisions.
• Synthesize data into actionable recommendations for staffing and allocation decisions.
• Design scalable processes and escalation paths to ensure repeatable performance actions.
• Improve data collection and hygiene to keep analyses reliable.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate insights into hiring and planning decisions.
• Deliver concise readouts and translate analyses into business steps and tradeoffs.
• Own ad-hoc research and special projects to improve operating leverage.
