Job summary

Nox Group in the US seeks an HSE Director to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across major projects. This role requires SME-level expertise in behavior-based safety, incident management, training, and compliance.

You will develop site-specific plans, guide the HSE team, and support leadership training while coordinating with clients and partners. Travel about 50% to sites in AZ, NM and TX is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction HSE experience preferred.
• 6+ years in an HSE management role with large projects.
• Advanced understanding of workers comp, subcontractor management, and environment.
• Deep knowledge of behavior-based safety and human performance initiatives.
• Ability to manage large projects or multiple midsize projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and behavioral leadership to projects and HSE team.
• Lead development of HSE management systems and site plans.
• Support partner qualification and approval processes.
• Deliver timely reporting for claims, RTW, light duty, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and client requirements.
• Develop HSE training and leadership initiatives.
• Lead or participate in safety meetings and investigations.
• Travel up to ~50%; manage multiple site locations.
