Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, information systems, or related field.
- 7+ years in HRIS, HR operations or related experience.
- Experience leading a team and managing projects.
- Proficiency with Paylocity, UKG, SAP or similar HRIS.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state workforce compliance requirements.
- Experience with EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP, and pay data reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the HRIS & US HR Operations function across Lactalis USA locations.
- Oversee HR technology support and workforce administration.
- Direct workforce compliance activities and regulatory reporting.
- Manage HR reporting, analytics, and data governance.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors on system implementations.
