CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR leadership to the Technical Services Unit (TSU) and support the Program Services Group. The role partners with the Director, HR Partners, to align HR initiatives with corporate objectives and mitigate organizational risk through policy adherence and proactive talent strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to managers and employees across designated regions or divisions, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide HR strategies, policies, and programs.
• Administer a broad range of HR functions including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, workforce and succession planning, employee development, performance management, organizational development, HRIS, recruitment support, and relocation.
• Identify and elevate emerging HR trends and issues, collaborating with business leaders to support workforce planning.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, managing conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and discrimination concerns.
• Partner with other HR teams to address organizational challenges, recommending innovative approaches to enhance departmental efficiency and service delivery.
• Advise managers on performance feedback strategies to support employee growth and development.
