CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our Technical Services Unit, providing HR leadership and support across the Program Services Group. You will guide managers on talent initiatives, compensation, benefits, and employee development, while ensuring policy compliance and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes strategic input, workforce planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance business objectives and enable successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience relevant to HR.
• Experience in HR leadership, ER, compensation, benefits and workforce planning.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic HR leadership to managers and employees across regions.
• Administer employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, and HRIS.
• Support workforce and succession planning, development, performance management, and organizational development.
• Advise on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance.
• Partner with HR teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Guide managers on performance feedback and development initiatives.
• Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives.
