Job summary
Convergint is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner for the South Central US region. You will partner with senior leaders to drive people strategy, align HR initiatives with business goals, and deliver data-driven HR solutions across multiple units.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic HR business partnership
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s or SHRM/SPHR preferred
- Experience partnering with leadership across multiple business units and driving people strategy
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as trusted advisor to leadership at all levels, delivering tailored HR solutions.
- Identify people-related challenges and opportunities and provide strategic guidance.
- Align HR initiatives with business goals and leverage HR COEs for program delivery.
- Lead HR programs such as engagement surveys, leadership development, compensation and benefits strategies.
