Job summary

Convergint is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders across the southeast US. You will drive people strategy, align HR initiatives with business goals, and provide insights to improve performance and engagement.

The role requires strong HR analytics, talent development, and effective change management, with a focus on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration across COEs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of strategic HR business partnership experience required.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws (federal, state, local) and compliance.
• Experience collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide strategic HR solutions across talent, engagement, and organizational development.
• Support merger/acquisition activities and change management.
• Drive data-driven decisions using HR analytics and COE partnerships.
• Lead talent development, performance management, and succession efforts.
