Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a strategic, onsite HR Business Partner to support Central Operations client groups in Chicago, driving talent, performance, culture, and transformation initiatives across the organization.

As part of the People & Performance team, you will partner with leaders to design people solutions, manage organizational design, and lead initiatives in talent development, change management, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in an environment serving technical or client groups.
• Experience partnering within a shared services HR model and with COEs in a matrix organization.
• Experience collaborating on transformation and/or change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnering: advise leaders, identify opportunities, close capability gaps, and design people solutions for operational excellence.
• Talent Strategies for Development & Growth: drive performance discussions, manager coaching, feedback, and development planning with tech talent in mind.
• Smart Workforce Planning: regularly assess design, guide talent movement, development, and succession planning.
• Organizational Development & Transformation: lead workforce planning, development, and transformation, aligning to priorities.
• Culture Champion: promote Kraft Heinz culture and values, drive performance accelerators and merit-based decisions.
• Budget & Organizational Effectiveness: manage budget, optimize costs, and drive efficiency.
