Atwell, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support Florida operations in a hybrid role, partnering with operational leaders to shape the employee experience. The ideal candidate brings 5–8+ years of HR experience and a strong background in employee relations, performance, and engagement.

The position is based near Bonita Springs or Fort Myers, with regular office presence required. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, with flexibility up to $120,000 for senior-level

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting managers and operational leaders.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance, talent, compensation, and engagement.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Partner with leaders on performance management, career development, and succession.
• Monitor engagement and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with acquisitions and employee integrations as needed.
