Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 5-8 years' related work experience.
• Solid knowledge of employment law.
• Experience in resolving employee relations matters including investigations.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to influence, collaborate and partner at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partners with leaders to drive people strategies and align with values.
• Gives guidance and coaching on people management practices.
• Encourages adoption of new technologies and company initiatives.
• Resolves employee relations matters and coaches for productivity and engagement.
• Provides input to HR COEs to meet business needs and advocates for leaders and employees.
• Leads sourcing and staffing discussions with Talent Acquisition for hiring plans.
• Coaches on change management per BILH methodology.
• Supports HR aspects during restructurings and organizational changes.
