Job summary

Sensaria in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing facility. You will partner with Operations and the Regional HR team to drive a positive, high-performance culture, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

This onsite role emphasizes staffing, onboarding, safety training, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR experience, with manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Generalist responsibilities.
Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary HR point of contact for leaders and employees in the facility, guiding policies and processes.
Partner with Operations to align staffing, shifts, and workforce plans with peak volumes.
Lead employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
Coach managers on performance management, goal setting, and development of production staff.
Coordinate onboarding, safety training, and ongoing HR/compliance training for managers and employees.
Promote engagement, inclusion, and open communication, especially for hourly and salaried teams.
