Job summary

Everfox Holdings, LLC is hiring a hybrid HR Business Partner in Herndon, VA to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce and performance strategies. This role leads performance reviews, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives within risk‑aware, security‑sensitive environments.

The HRBP balances speed with risk, partners with Legal, Security, Finance, and leadership to drive people decisions that are ethical, compliant, and scalable in a security‑first

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR Business Partner or equivalent experience.
• Experience in regulated, high-accountability or security-sensitive environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on workforce, talent, and performance strategy and translate objectives into people plans.
• Lead performance management cycles, talent reviews, and development planning for client groups.
• Diagnose organizational effectiveness issues and support org design and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion; ensure compliance and ethics.
