Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to support Whole Foods Market stores within Worldwide Grocery Stores. You will partner with leaders to craft talent, leadership, and organizational design strategies that drive business outcomes, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will act as a trusted advisor, coach leaders, and influence decisions on workforce planning, change management, and people solutions across functions including

Qualifications

5+ years HR experience in fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
2+ years human resources or equivalent experience in large orgs.
Knowledge of local labor law and compliance.
Experience with HR processes and systems (HRIS).
Experience with analytics and metrics.
Experience with retail, grocery, or customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

Drive organizational effectiveness using business context and metrics.
Partner with leaders to design customer-centric, Team Member–focused orgs.
Coach leaders and teams on talent and organizational design decisions.
