Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a strategic HR Business Partner for Worldwide Grocery Stores to drive talent strategy, organizational design, and leadership capability across Whole Foods Market stores. You will diagnose needs, design solutions, and partner with business leaders to deliver exceptional customer and Team Member experiences.

This in-person role requires travel up to 25% and on-site presence four days a week, with interaction across Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, and Legal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Experience with HR processes and systems.
• Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data insights.
• 4+ years of retail, operations, or customer-facing roles in grocery.
• Willingness to work on-site four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Assess leadership talent needs and build inclusive pipelines.
• Coach leaders to improve management capabilities and culture.
• Drive change management plans with inclusive communication strategies.
