Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner for Whole Foods Market stores within Worldwide Grocery Stores. You will diagnose talent needs, design integrated HR solutions, and partner with Recruiting, Benefits, HRIS, and Legal to accelerate business outcomes.

You will coach leaders, influence organizational design, and lead workforce planning while ensuring compliance with laws and policies.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in HR in fast-paced, customer-driven environments.
• Experience in international operations and retail HR is preferred.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations (FMLA, ADA, HIPAA).
• Ability to partner with leaders on talent and organizational design.
