Job summary

Potter Global Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead strategic HR initiatives across EMEA and India with a focus on the United Kingdom. Based in the UK, you will partner with regional leaders to drive workforce planning, talent development and employee relations while ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

You’ll collaborate with global HR and business leaders across multiple countries, delivering people strategies, coaching managers, and advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience as HRBP/HR Generalist or in Employee Relations roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading organisational development initiatives and change management.
• Experience supporting leaders within the United Kingdom and/or EMEA; knowledge of employment law.
• Experience collaborating with leaders to attract, retain and develop high‑performance teams.
• Experience partnering with managers to improve performance and culture.
• Ability to influence decisions, provide feedback, and manage difficult conversations.
• Strong analytical ability linking workforce data to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to regional GMs and leaders across EMEA and India.
• Coach managers on performance, engagement, relations, leadership effectiveness and workplace issues.
• Drive succession planning, talent reviews and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies and onboarding.
• Support HR projects, process improvements, and HR analytics initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
• Promote a positive employee experience aligned with company values and culture.
