The role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Operations, and Supply Chain to drive workforce planning, succession, and engagement while ensuring regulatory compliance and enterprise alignment. This senior HR leader coaches executives and leads HR processes to enable sustained business performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 15+ years of HR experience.
• Expertise in talent management and succession planning.
• Experience with data analytics to drive decisions.
• Strong leadership and executive coaching skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior People leader for Summit, NJ site.
• Shape and execute local people strategy aligned with enterprise direction.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Lead HR processes: performance management, talent planning, engagement, rewards.
• Provide executive coaching and represent HR to governance bodies.
