Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting engineering or technology organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in building or significantly scaling teams.
• Strong command of organizational design principles.

Responsibilities

• Design org structures for new AI/Tech teams in partnership with business leaders.
• Lead workforce planning and hiring roadmaps for new organizations.
• Serve as the primary HR advisor to Tech/AI leaders.
