Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience applying compensation and leveling principles in HRBP
• Ability to translate business strategies into workforce plans

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across technical and non-technical functions
• Build inclusive team cultures and align recognition, rewards, and development
• Partner with Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, and Legal to design HR programs
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, performance and employee relations
