Job summary

Google's People Operations team is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to shape AI-powered talent products for a global workforce. You'll partner with HR, product and engineering to translate user insights into scalable solutions that hire, develop and retain Googlers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Product Management, HR, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in product strategy, product management, HR strategy, talent management, or management consulting.
• Experience working across HR and product teams on programs.
• Experience building AI-powered tools for employees or consumers.

Responsibilities

• Establish the strategy and requirements for AI-powered talent products across multiple user roles.
• Identify opportunities to make talent products widely useful across diverse journeys.
• Build prototypes into scalable enterprise-grade solutions for a global workforce.
• Translate user needs into concrete requirements and specifications for product teams.
