Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HRBP to the HR function and align talent priorities with business needs
• Partner with senior leaders to identify key talent levers and prioritize actions
• Build trusted relationships and provide consulting and coaching to leaders
• Apply business acumen to connect talent priorities to outcomes
• Anticipate talent needs and plan for gaps and capability building
• Drive talent strategies to improve colleague experience and engagement
• Strengthen leadership capability and build a talent pipeline for the future
• Support succession, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness
• Diagnose root causes of people issues and recommend actions
• Provide change leadership guidance and help implement change
• Deliver core talent processes with quality and discipline
• Take ownership for outcomes and drive adoption across HR and business teams
