Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking an HR Technology Solutions Lead within Human Capital Management Services in Irving, TX. This role partners with HR leadership to own end-to-end technology solutions across Workday, Cornerstone, and other platforms, ensuring security, scalability, and enterprise alignment.

The successful candidate will drive intake, prioritization, architecture governance, and vendor collaboration, while overseeing platform governance and data strategy across the HR tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise HR technology experience.
• 5+ years leading large-scale HR technology solutions and programs.
• Deep expertise in one or more major HR platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow HRSD, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Varicent).
• Experience designing enterprise integrations and data architectures.
• Experience partnering with business executives and technology leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted technology advisor for HR leadership and COEs.
• Translate business requirements into technology strategies and solution roadmaps.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and target-state architecture.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, AI capabilities, and vendor offerings.
• Drive technology simplification, standardization, and modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership for platforms including Cornerstone, Glint, Varicent, ServiceNow HRSD, OrgVue, integration platforms.
