Job summary
McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare leader, seeks an HR Technology Solutions Lead to own end‑to‑end HR technology governance across Workday, Cornerstone, Glint, ServiceNow HRSD, Varicent, OrgVue, and integrations. You will partner with HR leadership, architects, security, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
The role emphasizes architectural oversight, API‑first approaches, and roadmap ownership to drive modernization and data integrity across the HR technology
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise HR technology experience.
- 7+ years leading large-scale HR technology solutions and programs.
- Deep expertise in major HR platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow HRSD, etc.).
- Experience designing enterprise integrations and data architectures.
- Experience partnering with executives and technology leadership teams.
- Experience managing vendors, AMS providers, or consulting partners.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technology leadership for HR leadership and COEs.
- Translate business requirements into technology roadmaps and strategies.
- Lead solution design across the HCM portfolio and ensure alignment with standards.
- Oversee platform ownership for Cornerstone, Glint, Varicent, ServiceNow HRSD, OrgVue, and integrations.
- Drive intake, prioritization, and demand management for HR technology initiatives.
- Define integration patterns and governance across the HR tech ecosystem.
- Monitor platform health, security posture, and operational metrics.
