Job summary

McKesson is seeking an HR Technology Solutions Lead to act as the primary technology partner for Human Resources. You will own end-to-end solution design, architecture alignment, platform strategy, and governance across Workday, Cornerstone, Glint, ServiceNow HRSD, Varicent, OrgVue, and integrations.

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise HR technology solutions and programs.
Deep knowledge of major HR platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow HRSD, Varicent).
Ability to design integrations and data architectures.
Proven collaboration with executives and technology leaders.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic technology leadership for HR and COEs.
Own solution architecture and governance across the HCM portfolio.
Lead platform ownership for Cornerstone, Glint, Varicent, and HR systems.
Manage vendors and coordinate with AMS/implementation partners.
Drive delivery quality, automation, and operational health.
