Job summary

McKesson is seeking an HR Technology Solutions Lead to own end-to-end technology for Human Resources. You will partner with HR leaders and architects to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across Workday, Cornerstone, Glint, ServiceNow HRSD, OrgVue, and more.

Responsibilities include strategic technology leadership, acting as the single technical point of contact, overseeing solution architecture, and coordinating with vendors to ensure operational health and modernization of the HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise HR technology experience.
• 5+ years leading large HR technology programs.
• Deep expertise in one or more HR platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow HRSD, etc.).
• Experience partnering with executives, vendors and AMS providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technology leadership for HR platforms and programs.
• Act as the single technical point of contact for HR technology initiatives.
• Govern solution architecture, design, and data strategy across the HCM portfolio.
• Coordinate with vendors, AMS providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive modernization, automation, and API-first integration practices.
