The role involves recruiting, onboarding, processing personnel actions, and advising management on staffing, performance, and salary-related matters. It requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2 years of experience in a closely related position.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain records.
• Understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel; familiarity with ATS and talent management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR strategies to attract, retain, and reward talent and foster diversity.
• Network and perform recruiting activities to maintain a candidate pipeline.
• Ensure legal compliance with employment laws in policies and practices.
• Assist managers with onboarding, interviews, and offers via ATS.
• Consult on performance reviews and salary-related activities for equity and compliance.
• Respond to inquiries on policies and programs and resolve employee concerns.
• Represent the company at hearings and investigations when needed.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Employee Development.
