Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in staffing and classification.
• Knowledge of Title 5 U.S.C., OPM standards, and federal staffing regulations.
• Active secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive federal staffing and classification counsel and services.
• Conduct job analysis and develop Level Descriptor Addendums (LDA).
• Determine appropriate factor levels and grade determinations.
• Support recruitment, selection, placement, and compensation actions.
• Prepare personnel action package materials and classification documentation.
• Review Title 5 regulations and NAVSEA Demonstration Project guidance.
