The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3+ years HR experience, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now. SHRM-CP is preferred; strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits programs; enrollments and annual open enrollment.
• Oversee new hire processing, background checks, I-9, and onboarding.
• Process employee records in ADP; manage status changes and payroll coordination.
• Respond to associate inquiries; support recruitment for leadership roles.
• Coordinate workers' comp, leaves, and policy documentation.
