Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business or public administration.
• Eight years of municipal HR experience including three years in admin/management.
• Professional HR certifications such as IPMA-SCP, SHRM-SCP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise the City Manager and department heads on HR and risk management.
• Lead HR initiatives across the City organization.
• Triages and resolves a variety of complex HR issues.
