Renesas Electronics is seeking an experienced PMO leader to establish and lead the PMO function for its automotive semiconductor power management programs. You will drive portfolio governance, program execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, quality, and customer teams.

The role demands deep automotive semiconductor expertise, mature program and portfolio management skills, and strong functional safety knowledge (ISO 26262, SOTIF).

Qualificações

• 15+ years in program/portfolio management in semiconductor or automotive
• Experience establishing and leading PMO with 10+ concurrent programs
• Deep understanding of automotive product development and NPI methodologies
• Proven track record with stage-gate processes, governance, and resource planning
• Familiar with ISO 26262, SOTIF, FMEA/FTA and quality standards

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead the PMO organization with vision, governance, processes and team across 15–25 programs.
• Implement portfolio governance, quarterly reviews, go/no-go decision frameworks and resource allocation.
• Drive program execution with milestones, dependencies, and real-time dashboards; track risk and scope.
• Manage schedule, budget, and resource allocation; escalate constraints to leadership.
• Embed functional safety reviews in stage-gate processes and ensure compliance evidence throughout lifecycle.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks including functional safety and compliance risks.
• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery from design-ins through volume ramps.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and transparent stakeholder alignment across functions.
