Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an HR Manager to partner with corporate leadership, shaping people strategy and ensuring operational excellence in HR processes and employee experience.

The role reports to the Director of Corporate HR, coaches senior leaders, leads talent reviews, performance cycles, and complex employee relations investigations, and ensures compliance while optimizing engagement, learning partnerships, and Workday transactions.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience with strategic partnership
• Experience coaching senior leaders on performance and leadership effectiveness
• Proven track record leading workforce planning and org design
• Strong knowledge of employment law and risk mitigation practices
• Experience coordinating HR programs in fast-paced, global environments

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders and translate business strategy into people actions
• Coach leaders on performance management and difficult conversations
• Lead talent processes (performance cycles, talent reviews, succession)
• Oversee complex employee relations investigations with sound judgment
• Drive engagement strategy and interpretation of engagement data
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to align programs with business needs
• Oversee Workday transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure policy consistency and legal compliance
