Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• PHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (read, write, translate, and speak) preferred or required.
• MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of employment and labor laws.
• HRIS and payroll systems including ADP & Kronos.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to rapid change and ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills and influencing abilities.
• Self-starter with accountability for results.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of hourly, non-exempt positions including sourcing, prescreening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Guide management on labor relations, performance management, benefits, compensation, and policy interpretation.
• Address employee relations issues, investigations, and conduct corrective actions.
• Spend time on the production floor to address questions and proactively resolve issues.
• Prepare and analyze reports for HR and management.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and restructures as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of information.
