Quad is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support plant leadership, drive HR initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture across manufacturing units. You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce analytics while partnering with Talent Management and Hiring Managers to attract and retain top talent.

A SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred, with strong communication and analytical skills essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading people and/or project teams.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply HR principles to support the business and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Conduct organizational diagnoses using data-based methodologies and propose interventions.
• Develop succession plans with Talent to address leadership gaps and key roles.
• Lead talent reviews and planning processes within assigned business units.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent employment experiences.
