Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of professional HR experience across recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Experience interpreting HR policies and applicable laws (DOL Wage and Hour, FMLA, ADA).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; strong data and analytics aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR processes across business units, including performance management, compensation, engagement and development.
• Collaborate with HR teams and the CHRO to deliver consistent HR support and ensure compliance.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide timely, accurate communications to leaders and employees.
• Identify and propose corrective solutions when decisions conflict with culture and standards.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, data integrity, and retention initiatives.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and governance of HR programs.
• Help build leadership pipelines and succession planning across assigned units.
• Coordinate reporting and data analytics to improve HR operations and employee experience.
