Job summary

Qualifications

• Approx. 5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong recruiting and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
• Experience with Paylocity or other HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and community roles.
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance concerns and investigations.
• Support HR operations: onboarding, benefits, payroll, time & attendance, and compliance.
• Develop training and leadership development opportunities for managers and staff.
• Help build scalable HR processes across multi-state sites.
