Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 2+ years HR Generalist or HR Manager experience preferred.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic business partner to Site General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Senior Site Engineer.
• Lead the People Team at the distribution center to ensure an exceptional associate experience.
• Develop and implement People strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, talent and succession planning, and leadership development.
• Communicate changes in policies and regulations; manage change effectively.
• Adopt new people-focused digital tools and leverage data to improve turnover, engagement, and compliance.
• Foster belonging through associate listening sessions and engagement plans.
• Oversee OSHA logs, unemployment claims, and state forms; support candidate hiring processes.
