Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate Degree in Human Resources, or a closely related field and 3 years’ experience with human resources.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with certification(s) in SHRM/SPHR/PHR/IPMA-HR/CEBS/CCP.
- Must have public sector experience, minimum of 6 months.
Responsibilities

- Aligns County mission and strategies to drive business results.
