The HRBP will partner with leaders and employees, guiding talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field is required.
• Professional HR certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' HR experience in manufacturing/pharma/life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify staffing needs and recruit effectively.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management and coaching.
• Support compensation, benefits and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure HR compliance and accurate data in HR systems.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
