Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to support our Sellersville, PA site. The HRBP serves as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or life sciences.
• Experience supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; Workday experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to develop staffing strategies and lead full-cycle recruitment.
• Coordinate background checks, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation.
• Advise on employee relations, performance coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Support goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Collaborate on compensation reviews, promotions, and benefits inquiries.
• Maintain HR data in Workday and ensure legal compliance.
• Assist with workforce planning and headcount management.
• Support immigration and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
