Job summary

Brenntag is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to act as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders in a rapidly evolving environment. You will drive operational HR support while delivering strategic guidance across the organization.

You will lead talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management, partnering with leaders on compensation, benefits, and HR policy execution. Strong compliance and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or related HR leadership role.
• HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR).
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, or chemical manufacturing environments preferred.
• Oil & gas industry experience preferred.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by supporting HR functions and organizing activities to support business objectives.
• Oversee, implement, and administer HR strategies, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Support compensation and benefits programs, including job architecture and market analysis.
• Lead investigations, resolve conflicts, and enforce consistent resolutions.
• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning in collaboration with leaders.
• Manage onboarding, performance management, and succession planning processes.
• Communicate HR policies and maintain documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and corporate standards.
