Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated, a global leader in flavor, is seeking an HRBP I to join our Hunt Valley Plant and Spice Mill in Hunt Valley, MD. This full-time role reports to a Sr.

Manager HRBP, supporting strategic HR initiatives and partner engagement across our corporate functions and global shared services. The HRBP I will play a key part in developing and implementing HR programs, leveraging data to inform decisions, and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Business, HR, Psychology).
• 6–8 years of professional HR experience.
• Certification such as HRCI/SHRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic business partner to internal customers and leadership teams.
• Develop and implement HR programs and practices across functions.
• Analyze data to assess partner needs and external trends; provide solutions.
• Lead or mentor team members and drive change management programs.
