Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a Manager, HRBP on-site to partner with business leaders across West Coast locations, including Irvine. The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, change initiatives, and leadership development to build scalable people practices within a matrixed organization.

You will act as a trusted advisor, coach managers, ensure HR processes are compliant, and drive consistency in the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with employee relations responsibility.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence leaders across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource and trusted advisor for assigned West Coast operations.
• Lead employee relations investigations and complex workplace matters.
• Partner with leaders on performance management, coaching, corrective action, and development initiatives.
• Support organizational changes, workforce planning, restructures, and site-related transitions.
• Coach managers to address employee issues effectively while building leadership capability and accountability.
• Drive consistency in HR practices, processes, and employee experience across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and business leaders within a matrixed organizational structure.
• Support HR transformation initiatives and adoption of new HR technologies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and company standards.
